Are Bouncyland’s units safe for children?

All of our inflatables are designed for commercial use and constructed with safety rated materials and to (or exceeding) industry safety standards. All of our rented units are lead free and built with fire retardant materials. All units offer large screened viewing areas so parents can ensure that their children are playing safely. Each rental agreement will come with a set of safety instructions and guidelines that apply to the specific unit being rented. It is important that these rules and guidelines are followed to ensure a safe playing experience. Signage will also be provided and posted near the unit which will outline the rules of safe play. It is ultimately the person signing the rental agreements responsibility to ensure that the rules and guidelines are followed by anyone that will be using the unit.

Is Bouncyland insured?

Bouncyland carries a 2 million dollar liability insurance policy. Please note that all individuals that rent from Bouncyland are required to sign a rental agreement which includes safety guidelines which must be followed prior to us setting up any equipment.

Are Bouncyland’s units clean?

We take great pride in ensuring that all of our units are well maintained and cleaned after each and every use.  We only use green-friendly products to clean and disinfect our units.  You can feel comfortable knowing that Bouncyland will always provide you with a fresh and sanitary product for your kids to enjoy.

What are the power requirements?

Each unit is powered/inflated using an 110V blower. We provide a 50 foot heavy duty extension cord free with each rental. Inflatable units must be within that distance (50 feet) of a power outlet. No other devices should be powered off that same circuit while the inflatable is in use. If a power source is not available or you have any questions or concerns please contact us prior to renting the inflatable.

How much space is required?

A minimum of 2′ of clearance on all sides of the inflatable is required. A  19′x19′ area is required for 15′x15′ units, and 21′x24′ for combo units. Please see the individual product page for more details on a specific unit.  The area should be flat, free of debris, rocks, and trees. Normal setup is on grass with the unit staked down.  It is your responsibility to have any buried lines/utilities located. Bouncy Land will not be responsible for any damage caused to buried lines that are not located. The service to locate buried lines/utilities is free, please visit:  for contact information. Please note that they require 5 full working days of notice to mark the buried lines.

We can also setup on pavement or indoors with sandbags, please let us know at the time of booking if this is a requirement.

Inflatables cannot be setup near any in-use firepits, BBQs, heaters or other devices/materials that may harm the inflatable. Bouncyland has the right to refuse setup of any rental if the area is deemed unsafe or may cause damage to the inflatable.

Is there a deposit required?

A 25% nonrefundable* deposit (minimum $50) is required at the time of booking to reserve any of our rentals. The deposit can be paid with cash, check or interac transfer.  The deposit will be deducted from your final invoice which is due upon delivery.

If you require more time additional hours are charged at $25/hour. You must let us know at the time of booking if you will require items for more than 3 hours to ensure availability.

All payments are due and expected at time of delivery and prior to the units being setup. We will deduct your initial deposit from the total (unless you put the deposit on your credit card and wish to pay the full price in cash.)

Acceptable methods of payment are cash, money orders, certified checks.  You may also pay online via Interac Transfer however if paying online your payment will need to be paid in full and 24 hours prior to delivery.

Are there any setup and take-down fees?

No. Setup and take down fees are included with the price of the rental.

Can I pick up/set up the unit myself?

No.  For insurance purposes as well as to ensure that the units are transported and setup correctly and safely all rental items must be delivered and setup by trained staff of Bouncyland.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your reservation the deposit is non-refundable. You can apply the deposit to a new date within the same calendar year subject to availability. In the event of a cancellation due to poor weather conditions, your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations due to weather are determined the morning of your party before delivery. What happens if the weather is bad? - Bad Weather Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately we can’t control Mother Nature and in some situations your rental may need to be cancelled due to poor weather.  Safety is our primary concern and it is our policy that Bouncyland’s Inflatables cannot be used if there are winds of 30 kph or more; and cannot be used in heavy rain.

Bouncyland reserves the right to cancel your rental due to inclement weather at any time. In this event your deposit can either be refunded in full or can be applied to a rental at a later agreed date.

If the weather forecast on the morning of your event  predicts a 50% chance or more for rain or winds of 30kph or above during the time of your event (forecast must be based on ) you will have the right to cancel or reschedule your rental. You MUST call us before 7am, the morning of your event, to cancel and to receive your refund/credit. You will be able to get a full refund of your deposit, or you can apply it towards a future rental.
